Собаки питомника «К-9»

На фото — питомник «К-9» под Иркутском. Во время командировки 2021 года я задержался там на три часа и, чтобы скоротать время, решил поснимать собак. 

Их было много, они сидели в клетках и непрерывно, громко лаяли. Мне стало больно это слушать. Тогда я решил сделать проект, который бы причинял людям такую же боль, какую я сам испытал там. 

Мне бы хотелось, чтобы этот проект стал выставкой в каком-либо заброшенном строении. Одну из комнат полностью обклею фотографиями. И там же размещу скрытый динамик, из которого будет звучать лай, записанный мною в «К-9». 

Перед посетителями будет поставлена задача — найти среди сотен фотографий собак один снимок оленя из того же питомника. Пока они ищут это фото, на них будут давить другие снимки, звуки и атмосфера места.

Dogs of the kennel «K-9»  

In the photo — nursery «K-9» near Irkutsk. During a business trip in 2021, I stayed there for three hours and, in order to pass the time, I decided to take pictures of the dogs. 

There were many of them, they sat in cages and continuously, loudly barked. It hurt me to listen to this. Then I decided to make a project that would cause people the same pain that I myself experienced there. 

I would like this project to become an exhibition in some abandoned building. I will completely paste over one of the rooms with photographs. And I will also place a hidden speaker there, from which barking, recorded by me in K-9, will sound. 

Visitors will be tasked with finding one photograph of a deer from the same kennel among hundreds of photos of dogs. While they are looking for this photo, they will be pressured by other pictures, sounds and the atmosphere of the place.
